Demos

The Shire of Hartshorn-dale occationally puts on educational demos for various groups where we teach about some aspect the time period we study. We have given demos at libraries, schools, for the Boy Scouts, for home school groups and others. If you would like to discuss hosting a demo for your group, please contact our demo coordinator or chatelaine.

Scottish Irish Festival and Highland Games: A weekend demo/event held at Green Lane park in northern Montgomery County. We have a small encampment setup where we demonstrating fighting, fencing, seige weapons, games and various arts. The festival takes place each September.
